Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the electronics and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all cables and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
